NAUNDERO: Sindh High Court (SHC), Circuit Court, Larkana, on Thursday directed Deputy Superintendent of Police, Naundero, to recover minor boy Sahil Korejo who went missing mysteriously around 19 months ago.
Justice Aftab Ahmed Mahar and Muhammad Bux, during the hearing of suo moto case on Thursday, made such directives to the police. Parents of the boy Zahoor Korejo and Subhan Khatoon were also present. DSP Muhammad Sami Vaseer requested the court for granting more time, however, Justice Aftab Ahmed remarked that police always demand more time but it is not making any progress.
DSP requested to the court that the accused nominated by the parents were arrested and probed but boy could not be recovered that’s why police need more time. The court allowed them 15 days more to find the boy and fixed the case on July 27 for next hearing. Father of the missing boy Zahoor Korejo and mother Subhan Khatoon told media outside the court that they have lost the confidence in police as they are constantly lying before the court since long time. Both demanded that case should be handed over to the Director General, Rangers, for recovery of their beloved son whom they have not seen since over one and a half years.
